Hottest 100 #1

Congratulations to Ocean Alley and Callum Howell, for taking out the #1 spot in Triple J’s 2018 Hottest 100 for the song ‘Confidence’ !!

Callum produced and mixed Ocean Alley’s album ‘Chiaroscuro’ (with the latter having been done in Studio One). He has worked with the band since their early days, and as well as being their go-to producer, he’s spent much of the last 18 months touring the world as their FOH engineer.

Not only did they take out the Number One spot in the listener poll, but Ocean Alley also book-ended it with a 100th placing for their song ‘Happy Sad’… plus a number 10 for their track ‘Knees’ and a 16th spot for their Like A Version cover of ‘Baby Come Back’.
